Can I order non-prescription (plano) frames?

Yes. On any product page choose “Non-Prescription” before adding to bag.

How do I read my prescription?

Your optometrist’s sheet lists SPH, CYL and AXIS for each eye, plus your PD. Enter those values in the lens section on the product page and our lab verifies them before cutting.

How long does delivery take?

In-stock frames ship in 5–7 business days. Prescription lenses are cut to order and can take a few days longer.

What is the return policy?

Unworn frames can be returned within 30 days. Custom prescription lenses are covered by our remake guarantee.
